Occasionally a fresh install of the app on an iPhone or iPad causes the default shipping address to stay as the Horizons company address (1705 S Waukegan Rd. Waukegan, IL 60085) instead of changing to the correct shipping address associated with your account.


This document will show you how to resolve the issue.


  1. Unregister your device by tapping on "Orders & Account Info" on the bottom menu:
  2. Then tap on the "Shipping Information" tab at the top of the dialog box:
  3. Tap "Unregister" near the bottom of the window:
  4. And then "Yes" when it asks you if you are sure:
  5. Then register your app again by either viewing a price list, placing a swatch order or tapping "Orders & Account Info" as in step 1:


Once re-registration takes place, the corrected address should be setÂ
