Occasionally a fresh install of the app on an iPhone or iPad causes the default shipping address to stay as the Horizons company address (1705 S Waukegan Rd. Waukegan, IL 60085) instead of changing to the correct shipping address associated with your account.
This document will show you how to resolve the issue.
- Unregister your device by tapping on "Orders & Account Info" on the bottom menu:
- Then tap on the "Shipping Information" tab at the top of the dialog box:
- Tap "Unregister" near the bottom of the window:
- And then "Yes" when it asks you if you are sure:
- Then register your app again by either viewing a price list, placing a swatch order or tapping "Orders & Account Info" as in step 1:
